Hi I'm Ginger Orem, Broker/Owner of
Crown Real Estate AK. Inc. I began selling real estate in
1994. Buying or selling real estate is one of the largest
financial decisions many will ever make. These decisions
should be made in conjunction with extensive research and
the advice of a seasoned professional. I have served as
President of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors and
have volunteered for multiple committees in the real estate
industry. I have received multiple awards throughout my
career to include induction into the 2004 RE/MAX Hall of
Fame. I enjoyed many years with Remax but decided it was
time to open an independent brokerage thus Crown Real Estate
AK. Inc. was born in 2009.
I am extremely honored to be chosen as the 2016
Affiliates Realtor of the year and in the past have
been nominated as one of Fairbanks favorite Realtors through
the DNM Peoples Choice Awards> I was also honored to be one
of three women recognized during a previous Fairbanks Women
in Business week. I am very proud of these achievements but
my greatest honor is when my clients refer their family and
friends to me over and over again for their real estate
needs. I truly am blessed to have the best clients in the
world and through their support I do stay pretty busy.
I have earned the nationally recognized designation as a
CRS,"Certified Residential Specialist" and ABR "Accredited
Buyer Representative" which allows me to network with other
professionals and stay abreast of the ever changing real
estate markets and technologies.
I do work hard and I thank God everyday for giving me the
gifts and talents needed to successfully represent my
clients in the field of real estate.
